Graduation Weekend @ the Westin Tempe
To celebrate ASU graduation weekend, The Westin Tempe went all in with a vibrant brand activation in Sun Devil style. They booked a Digital Drop-Off Booth—perfect for capturing the weekend’s excitement without needing an attendant—and we set the stage with two custom photo spots in the lobby.
One photo spot featured a photo booth complete with a branded overlay, balloons, and an arch. The other was a stylish arch with balloons, ideal for impromptu pics. Guests couldn’t get enough—proud parents were lining up for photos before setup was even finished.
The activation created a buzz throughout the hotel, boosted visibility, and helped The Westin become part of the campus-wide celebration!

Make a splash with Pink Sky @ the Black Business Expo
To launch Pink Sky’s new brand activation packages, the team brought bold energy to the Black Business Expo hosted by the Delta Beta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha in downtown Phoenix. The activation featured a fully branded 360 Video Booth experience with a summer twist: “Make a Splash with Pink Sky.”
Designed to reflect the brand’s fun, vibrant personality (and signature pink, of course), the setup pulled out all the stops—branded booth, pop-up barriers, archway, balloons, microsite, overlay, and even custom beach balls in the flamingo prop. A 55” screen showcased live videos from the booth alongside branded ads, drawing nonstop attention from event-goers.
To boost engagement, guests entered a giveaway on an adjacent iPad station, snagging branded goodie bags as a thank-you. Staffed by three high-energy brand ambassadors, the activation delivered photo ops, giveaway entries, and plenty of brand storytelling.
While most vendors stuck to tablecloths and banners, this activation stood out in every way—bigger, brighter, and buzzier. Mission accomplished: Pink Sky made a splash.
